Comfortable and well-equipped

We had a great time during our stay. The kitchen was a nice addition and we found it really useful. The bed was super comfy and they had everything we needed, including an iron, and coffee/tea makers. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from. it was a wonderful experience! 🌟

I stayed once before and recommend it. I had a VERY ENJOYABLE stay, with location to everything I wanted to do in Lisbon. Staff were very amiable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the owner. I had a few drinks at Taberna do Lis, located not too far from the venue, before going to sleep.

Excellent host, provided water and pastries upon arrival. Great location, better than in pictures. Helped with luggage during check-in and organized free phone delivery to Ireland. Clean and value for money, spacious with two bathrooms. Prompt and helpful communication.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the airport and everything we wanted to do in the city. It was also in the city center and conveniently located near the castle. the room was comfortable and clean, with good wifi speed. the host provided helpful tips and recommendations, and even gifted us with Portuguese tarts upon arrival. We appreciated the provided amenities such as dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent.

The double bed in the room was worn and uncomfortable, sagging in the middle and too hard on the sides.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, close to the main square and restaurants. The room had a very comfortable bed and a washing machine. I received a warm welcome from the host. It's a quiet atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful stay. Basic amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and shower cap were available.

Fantastic apartment, great facilities and location. Joao was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Early check-in was available and Joao kept us updated. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-furnished. Joao gave us welcome gifts and provided useful tips. Spacious with nice decor, two bathrooms, and good wifi. Shops, restaurants, and tram nearby, and close to the airport.

I had an excellent stay at Penthouse Lisboa 204. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with cold bottles of water and delicious Portuguese pastries upon our arrival. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon. The owner even helped us retrieve a lost phone, arranging for it to be sent to Ireland free of charge. I am sure to return to Lisbon and stay at Penthouse Lisboa 204 again.
